岗位职责:
1、 客户支持
当客户发生质量问题时,需在客户现场协助客户共同寻找事故原因排除故障;
Customer Support
When quality issue happens in customer plant or in the field, should support on spot to find root cause and solve it with customer together;
2、 索赔控制
与客户谈判,签订合理的索赔协议,并按照协议对发生的质量问题进行赔偿;
Warranty Cost Control
Negotiate with customer to sign warranty agreement, and implement the agreement to control warranty cost;
3、 内部质量改进
对发生的系统故障,在公司内部用8D方式推进质量改进,长效解决问题,并将经验在公司内部分享,以防止同样错误再次发生。
Internal Quality Improvement
According to system failure mode, with 8D method to improve the quality level, and introduce the experience within company to prevent the problem happening again.
任职资格:
工程类专业,大学本科或以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or related areas;
3年以上工作经验;
Above 3 years work experience;
熟悉汽车工作原理和相关产品知识;较强沟通能力和观察能力。
Knowledge of the principle of vehicle and related products, strong communication skills and problem solving ability.
