Position Summary Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, this role will become an expert on Zeiss LM products and is responsible for providing Level 2 support for APAC and occasional support outside APAC region. The Level 2 support includes On-site & Remote Escalation Support, Certified Service Training & On-job Training. Main Tasks 1. Support all Zeiss LM system, 2. Provide input for Service documentation 3. On-site and Remote support for FSEs 4. Customer management education for FSEs 5. Service Training for FSEs 6. Repair job for ZMCC Requirements Education Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering / Physics. Experience 1. At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in similar field 2. Preferably with experience with ZEISS Light Microscopy products 3. Knowledge in Light and Confocal Microscopy Other skills 1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills 2. Travelling world wide up to 70% 3. Ability to work under pressure 4. Target-oriented and autonomous method of operation 5. Excellent analytical way of thinking 6. Excellent PC knowledge 7. Excellent electronics knowledge 8. Team player 9. Exhibit great sense of urgency in tasks assigned
