Logistics Execution：

1. Shipment tracking: Monitor in/outbound shipment status against planned delivery time and provide tracking report. Generate alarm to notify client upon pre-agreed milestones, e.g. customs clearance or foreseen delivery impacts;

2. Transportation planning and operations: Co-ordinate among plant(logistics/planner), warehouse, 3PL etc. on delivery plan to ensure smooth daily logistics operation;

Logistics Monitoring：

1. Transportation data collect, review and update focusing on transit time: Investigate the abnormal lead time and compare actual lead time against default(/system) settings;

2. Dashboard preparation: Provide visibility on shipment volume, transit time and demurrage/detention situation. Measure 3PL KPI and attend review meeting such as MBR/QBR, follow up action plans until closure;

3. 3PL performance compliance: Conduct 3PL training and audit focusing on inland trucking;

4. Market intelligence/government policy update: Request 3PL to provide market updates and policy changes which may impact Corning's shipments;

3、相关物流数据的收集与分析，检查和更新以运输时间为重点：调查异常提前时间，并将实际提前时间与默认（/系统）设置进行比较；

4、供应商管控：提供装运量，运输时间和滞期/滞留情况等信息，考核供应商KPI及相关数据；

5、负责相关费用账款的核对及账款回收情况跟进；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，能英文往来邮件沟通；

2、至少3年以上物流领域或供应链相关经验，熟悉进出口通关和CIQ流程；

3、全球货运行业工作背景优先，熟悉多模式运输操作流程；

4、善于EXCEL的运用做相关数据分析；

工作时间：9:00-17:00
