1.Prepare project time plans and assign related tasks to project team member. 2.Follow up project plan and make projects go to MP on time and highlight delays or deviations. Regularly update project status to management. 3.Communicate with customer to get technical, delivery and other requirements. Communicate lead times, schedules and plans with customers. 4.Work with team to prepare necessary internal and external project documentation 5.Prepare and update cost analysis for the project. Continuously look for and propose design and manufacturing cost reductions. 6.Support manufacturing, and other departments with problem solving during the project life in case of need. 7.In other ways support the company business development and relationships. 8.Responsible for daily sales routing work for of China Local OEM and Tier 1 customers 9.Responsible for supporting the sales work for overseas customers China operations 10.Responsible for sales work with major oversea OEM customers’ Asia based T1 customers.

Having main Automotive OEM project experience, GM/Ford business experience will be preferred. 3. the personality is Lively, optimistic, sociability, expressivity Skills: 1.
