- Maintain the relationship with the major group customers, improve customer satisfaction, find new service routes for development among existing customers, and ensure the GP growth of the department - Being the main contact window for major group customers, coordinate their shipment plan taking in consideration their production and/or distribution needs, actively cooperate with other departments, acting as interface function, ensuring safe, accurate and smooth handling through the whole transportation chain. - Deal with customer complaints, put forward solutions to problems and suggestions for improvement, provide operations and team supervisors with all the support to improve customer satisfaction - Regularly arrange visit to key customer offices and plants - Manage customer credit facilities, payment terms and receivables - Develop new business opportunities among existing key customers and restore relationship with customers -Provide customer service support to operation department -Assist operation department to regularly arrange customer visit -Assist operation department to deal with service issues
Requirements:
-Familiar with sea freight and airfreight operation process
-Knowledge of CargoWice, CargoSoft operations software would constitute an advantage
