1.作为审计项目负责人,带领团队完成审计项目 Act as the audit in-charge for large clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit
2.从事其他专项审计业务,如审查、商定程序、内部审计、尽职调查、内部控制等 Work on other assurance engagements such as review, agreed-upon-procedure,internal audit, due-diligence, internal control etc
3.领导专业团队开展审计实地调查和鉴证任务 Leading a team of professionals in carrying out audit fieldwork and assurance assignments
4.在审计过程中,与政府相关部门、合作伙伴和客户保持长期的沟通与交流,以确保审计工作及时完成。 Maintain regular communication with Government Department ,partner and client on issues and the process of engagement. Make sure the task will be completed on time.
5.对审计助理进行监督和培训 Providing supervision and training to audit assistant
资质要求:
Requirements:
1.中国注册会计师资格证书 Appropriate professional qualification i.e CICPA or other equivalent is a must
2.良好的客户沟通技能 Good client relationship management skills
3.良好的决策能力 Good problem solving and decision making skills
4.良好的团队意识,诚实正直 Good team work,take initiative and honesty.
5.独立的项目管理能力及良好的抗压性 Independent management capability, organizing ability and handling stress ability are needed.
