About the Job

The Project Manager is responsible for the development and management of projects including the planning and execution of priority biopharma or other highly strategic business initiatives. The role generates and executes a project plan, delivers the defined business solution, and both identifies and resolves staffing and resource requirements and issues. The position is both creator and manager of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project through the entire project management lifecycle: To develop and implement project plan, including cost, scope, schedule, risk, and resources.

Build team ownership and commitment to project plans.

Provide strategic thinking to project team on overall approach and delegates as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications
基本录用条件
1、 Master's Degree
硕士以上学历（生物、医学类），能力优秀学历可降低至本科。
2、 3+ years of work experience in a project management role
3年以上 药企合作 医学检测 项目管理工作经验

Preferred Qualifications
优先录用条件
1、 Graduate Degree or advanced project management certification (PgMP, PMP)
硕士学位或持有高级项目管理证书(PgMP, PMP)
2、 Proficiency in program/project management skills and principles, including scope, schedule, resource, and risk management

3、History of applying project management tools like MS Project

4、Prior experience in a highly independent position
