Assist project managers in managing projects, particularly with JDE set up, usage, and batch record documentation. Also oversee packging design and component procurement. Potentially manage small, straightforward projects with limited client engagement. May be responsible for training and mentoring fellow project coordiators. Foster continuous improvement by coordinating with sales, operations, client services, and quality to ensure exceptional client service. Knowledge of regulatory standards, including FDA, EMA, and local regulati ons.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
61 Bachelor degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience. 61 Familiarity with pharmaceutical and biotech industries. 61 Knowledge of project management principles. 61 Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders. 61 Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, maintaining emotional stability and focus. 61 Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 61 Proven experience in managing clinical trials and working with cross-fun ctional teams. 61 Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS project. 61 Fluent in English, includes listening speaking, reading, writing（CET-6 or above）
