Main Duties
Act as the key communication channel with the Client and the be the project representative of the company
With Exyte’s full authority to be overall responsible for;
project safety
Project schedule
Project quality
Project cost and cash flow
Check the project handover list with the project proposal manager and make sure all project documents/information properly downloaded.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the contract with the Client including scope, terms, conditions and etc
Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans, and escalate such risks to the company management if necessary
Provide the accurate project status report to the company management timely.
Provide leadership to the project team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team, organize the project team building.
Make sure the Core Values and Code of Conduct of Exyte Group are properly downloaded to each project team member and are implemented throughout the entire project period.
Develop the project execution plan, review, approve and implement the Project Procedure Manual into the project organization. Update the PPM check list regularly and review it with project director.
Be responsible for the development of all sub-plans, review and approval in the PPM Check List.
Be overall responsible for the successful project closeout, technically and commercially, generate the project risk review report and conduct the lesson learned sessions timely and with the relevant participants.
Review the project closeout check list, and ensure the proper hand over to the project warranty manager, deliver all project documents to the relevant departments of the company, commercial, document control, the client and authorities in concern comprising the agreed deliverables
Displays and promotes Exyte Groups ethics, core values and leaderships principles.
Maximises employee morale, motivation, team spirit, Manages industrial relations and enforces discipline where necessary with HoD / HR.
Portrays the Company’s image to its advantage.
Projects a positive role model to Company staff.
Assists in the development and maintenance of Company systems.
Main Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering related major
Possess minimum 8 years experience with the execution of projects of various complexity and capital investment including projects for pharmaceutical, biotech industries
Possess basic knowledge of cGMP guidelines and technical requirements for pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industries
Good knowledge of project management techniques, practices and principles
Good knowledge of financial control, financial reporting
Good command of spoken and written English, strong communication skills
Be willing and able to take challenges
Possess high level of integrity and strong sense of initiation
