Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 协助呼叫中心销售团队培训认证体系的搭建
Assist call center sales team to build training & certification system
2. 负责结合销售发展计划与实际情况,完成培训需求调研、课程制定、课件制作、实施以及效果跟踪
Responsible for training demand investigation, curriculum development, courseware production, implementation and effect reviewing based on sales development plan and actual situation
3. 通过持续改善销售技巧与服务品质以完成销售目标
Improve sales skills and service quality to achieve sales targets
4. 对于销售人员的问题及需求能给予正确的回答及引导
Correctly and effectively give answers and guidance to the sales staff's questions and needs;
5. 持续关注销售人员,并对于在工作中的情绪进行及时的引导
Pay close attention to the sales and guide them in time;
6. 完成部门负责人交给的其它任务
Complete other tasks assigned by leader of Direct Sales
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
1. 统招本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2. 2年以上呼叫中心销售或培训经验
At least 2 years of sales or training experience in tele sales
3. 具备同时指导和培训20人以上的技能和技术
Able to coach and train more than 20 person in skills and techniques
4. 较强的课程开发能力和良好的演说能力
Strong course development ability and good speech ability
5. 出色的沟通技巧和问题解决的能力
Outstanding communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability
6. 善于鼓舞和激励
Ability to inspire and motivate
7. 尊重多样性且有团队合作精神
Respect to diversity and teamwork
8. 熟练使用现代培训工具和Excel、PPT等办公软件
Working knowledge of modern training tools and MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
9. 热爱旅行、体验、思考和分享
Love traveling, experiencing, thinking, and sharing
10. 英语流利者优先
Fluency in English is a plus
