【Responsibilities】 1. Admin Responsibility - Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency - Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties - In charge of receiving and dispatching files and parcels and making daily records for all outgoing parcels if needed. - Maintain and update the internal phone number list on time - In charge of management of ordering office suppliers, arranging stationeries - Provide support on meeting room - arrangement & service management. - Support office payments, including rental leases/delivery/office supply etc. - Support on organize event, outing and yearly kick-off meeting - Prepare related admin stuff for new comer. - To assist general administrative work if required
