Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) to join our team and oversee the quality management of products for the European market.
岗位职责 / Responsibilities： 1. 熟悉欧洲市场的质量标准，尤其是花园家具、花园工具及室内家具的相关标准； Be familiar with European market quality standards, particularly for garden furniture, garden tools, and indoor furniture; 2. 熟悉欧盟认证要求，能够协调工厂与实验室之间的沟通，推进测试项目的顺利完成； Understand EU certification requirements and coordinate between factories and laboratories to ensure timely completion of testing projects; 3. 掌握外贸出口型工厂的质量管理体系及验货流程，确保产品质量的稳定性与一致性； Possess expertise in quality management systems for export-oriented factories and inspection processes to maintain product quality stability and consistency; 4. 善于解读验货报告，能够从中获取有用信息并制定改进方案； Skillfully analyze inspection reports to extract valuable insights and propose actionable improvements; 5. 汇总和分析客户的产品评论（reviews），归纳质量问题，并制定有效的解决方案； Collect and summarize customer product reviews, identify recurring quality issues, and develop effective solutions; 6. 与供应商、工厂及内部团队合作，持续优化产品质量和客户满意度。 Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
职位要求 / Requirements： 1. 具备欧洲市场相关产品质量标准及认证要求的专业知识； Strong knowledge of European quality standards and certification requirements for related products; 2. 有一定的项目管理能力，能够高效协调测试和认证流程； Project management skills to efficiently coordinate testing and certification processes; 3. 熟悉外贸工厂的质量管理体系，具有验货经验； Familiarity with export factory quality management systems and hands-on experience in product inspections; 4. 善于分析数据，能够从验货报告和产品评论中总结问题并提出可行的改进建议； Proficiency in analyzing inspection reports and customer feedback to identify problems and suggest feasible solutions; 5. 良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够高效推动质量改善项目。 Excellent communication and teamwork skills to drive quality improvement initiatives effectively.
