OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible to assist QA supervisor to maintain a high level of quality performance in the laboratory, and ensure the testing equipment delivers the desired level of accuracy at all time.
Reporting to:
Asia Quality manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist Asia Quality manager to establish and publish local quality manual and quality system related documents to bring the laboratory’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality systems requirement
2. Responsible in quality system documents control and updates
3. Assist Laboratory Management to establish quality activities, e.g. training, monitoring, quality control, customer survey, discussion (when needed).
4. Responsible in record control e.g. filing, numbering, storage
5. Safeguarded records against tampering and loss, take necessary actions.
6. Responsible for the management, borrowing and destruction of files.
7. Assist Asia Quality manager to complete external audits
8. Assist Laboratory Management for lab safety system implementation, including safety audits, corrective action handling for identified risks.
9. Supervisor Specialist Conducts Routine Work
10. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Asia Quality manager

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
1. Degree holder in a field related to chemistry, physics, mathematics, or engineering.
2. Good training skills. Proficient in using MS Office software
3. > 2years accredited laboratory working experience
4. Good in written and spoken English and local language.
