Responsibility: Existing Customers maintain/ New customer development with local pay bussiness, focus on local customer RFQ and Ad-hoc inquire, keep regular connection with customers Job Tasks: 1. Acheive Basic ROI 3 as bottom target 2. Achieve Sales Daily KPI 3. Monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities 4. Manage and develop customer relationships, develop growth strategy for customer. 5. Manage customer escalations, incl. requirements, concerns, complaints and service issues, and work with operation/product team in developing resolutions. 6. Achieve Superior's commercial assignments
Job Requirements 1. At least 3 years relevant working experience 2. Strong interpersonal skill 3. Strong organization, coordination, and problem-solving ability 4. Proficient written and read in English, smooth oral English
