Responsible for the quality the whole "Mis en place" FOH and BOH in the restaurant assuring the standards. Responsible for the general cleaning of the stations, oil & vinegar bottles Refill the stations: glasses, ceramics, sugar set, toothpick, salt & pepper and back up mis en place In charge of closing operations in order to leave the restaurant tidy and clean, pumping wines, steak knife and keep the cellars tidy accordingly In charge of checking deliveries of In/Out of table cloths, if damage/stain report to Restaurant Supervisor In charge to make sure the wine glasses has been check one by one every day. Complete the task about the "General Inventory" to support the Team which will be coordinate by the Assistant Manager Coaching the junior staff to ensure the effective understanding for the new training Safety and cleanliness of sort of the F.O.H & B.O.H Cooperate actively for the training activities to improve knowledge and skills and being confident on the menu Follow the SOP of the company, staff punctuality, cleanliness and right attitude
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Promote the restaurant and function services to potential customers Welcome customers, suggesting dishes according to their likes: up selling! Communicate to the Manager regarding any problem about service. Meet, greet, and farewell customers at the restaurant Responsible of closing operations in order to leave the restaurant tidy and clean Make sure the high standard of customer service to match with the high standard of our reputation. Creating an harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant and report to the Manager in case of some problem helping to take an action Make sure that all the customers receive a good service from the beginning to the end, if not immediately report to the immediate superior to solve the problem. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
