岗位职责
1、负责指派项目的设计方案、施工到竣工的全专业协调与配合工作，包括但不限于对外相关设计单位、相关政府审批部门沟通，对内各相关部门的设计意见沟通、协调与落实；
2、根据项目投资额，有效控制设计成本；根据项目总体进度，制定设计进度及现场施工配合，负责项目的施工、质量、工艺、进度等全面管理；
3、协助审核设计费用预算，并监督检查设计费用执行情况；
4、根据部门工作需求，进行文件、报告的整理、编制，专业图纸修改等工作；
5、根据设计进度，跟进相关设计图纸及设计资料的整理存档、发放等；
6、熟悉行业规范、政策法规等，按公司要求严格管理，确保项目开发进度计划的实现；
7、协助项目的竣工验收、质量评定、工程决算等，做好各项资料和工程技术档案的管理等工作。

工作技能：
1、能熟练使用各类工程管理相关软件；
2、优秀的沟通、协调、组织、监控能力和强烈的服务意识；
3、有良好的中英文沟通能力和文字表达能力，思维敏捷，学习能力强。
4、有外资企业项目工作经验者优先；

任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，具有设计、土木工程等相关专业背景；
2、甲方设计协调经验不少于3年，有相关工作背景，清楚项目开发过程中的相关设计协调工作；
3、具有良好的文字功底和书面表达能力，熟练操作CAD、SU、PPT、动画等绘图软件及办公软件；
4、具有较强的设计理解能力和项目沟通协调能力；
5、思路清晰有条理，具备良好的学习能力。


Responsibility：
1. Responsible for the professional coordination and cooperation of the design scheme, construction and completion of the assigned project, including but not limited to the communication with external relevant design units and relevant government approval departments, as well as the communication, coordination and implementation of design opinions with internal relevant departments;
2. Effectively controlled the design cost according to the project investment; According to the overall progress of the project, make the design schedule and site construction cooperation, responsible for the project construction, quality, technology, progress and other comprehensive management;
3. Assist in the review of design cost budget, and supervise and inspect the implementation of design cost;
4. Sorted out and compiled documents and reports as well as revised professional drawings according to the work requirements of the department;
5. Followed up the arrangement, archiving and issuance of relevant design drawings and design data according to the design progress;
6. Familiar with industry norms, policies and regulations, and strictly manage according to the company's requirements to ensure the implementation of the project development schedule;
7. Assisted in project completion acceptance, quality assessment, project final accounts, etc., and managed various materials and engineering technical files.

1. Proficient in various engineering management software;
2. Excellent communication, coordination, organization, monitoring ability and strong sense of service;
3. Good communication, coordination and writing skills, quick thinking and strong learning ability.
4.Working Experience With foreign capital is preferred;

Qualifications:
1, Full-time university degree or above, with design, civil engineering or other related major background;
2. Party A shall have at least 3 years of design coordination experience, work background of design institute, and be clear about relevant design coordination work in the process of project development;
3. Good writing skills and written expression ability, proficient in CAD, SU、PPT、 3Dand other drawing software and office software;
4. Strong design understanding ability and project communication and coordination ability;
5. Clear and organized thinking, with good learning ability.
