Main Job responsibilities: 1. Understand customer sourcing brief,SOP, marketing. 2. Understanding factory audit process & standard. 3. Obtain quotation and negotiate price with factory. 4. Organize samples for buying meeting, ensure all samples spec meet customer target. 5. Time controller on the sourcing process. 6. Support follow up team for any cost and spec change. Be helper to solve issues during order follow up stage. 7. Look up valuable factory once new category development. 8. Detail paperwork, filling and email. 9. Work close to production line for the delivery schedule. 10. Other task assigned by superior. Requirements: -Knowledge of international trade(European or Australia market is a plus) -Have a strong passion for the Furniture/Camping/Hardgoods/Textile trends and design field -2+ year experience worked in the office environment full time, prefer already worked in these field -Fluent English both in spoken & written -Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle correspondences independently -Open-minded - Rigorous - Organization and planning ability - Passion for the product - Self-confidence - Humility -Polyvalence -High sense of responsibility, self-motivated -Ability to work under pressure -Good sense of urgency and timeline management -Good command in Microsoft Office., especially Excel skills -Frequent trips and visits to the suppliers and fairs
