主要工作职责: -和公司内部开发、技术团队紧密合作,确保产品的开发和大货符合NEXT品牌的要求并准时出运; -与新旧供应商合作,实现价格和交期的管理目标; -跟进产品在开发及大货阶段可能出现的问题,并与公司内部技术团队协作共同解决; -能够根据自身经验预判可能出现的风险问题并及时规避; -为客户保持沟通并提供良好的服务,协助部门经理培养团队,做好团队的协调和管理工作,并完成部门经理安排的其他任务。 Job requirements: - Graduate in Textile & Clothing or equivalent - More than 5 yrs experience in garment field, buying office background and UK customer familiar is preferred - Experienced on Woven product is necessary - Good Communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, self-motivated, pro-active, hard-working and good performance under pressure - Good command of written and Spoken English & Mandarin, good computer knowled Role Responsibilities -Work closely with Product Manager, Merchandising Manager, the Design, Product Development and Fabric & Trim Sourcing teams to ensure the development and production of buying samples which are commercially acceptable to Next -Supervise, monitor and manage to negotiate best prices and lead-times with factories and cross-cost where necessary in order to meet the price, delivery, quality and margin expectations of the buyer whilst achieving the required margin and sales for NS -Supervise, monitor and maintain the company processes and systems including but not limited to critical path management, fabric & trims liability, NEXT & supplier discount, system discrepancy between NEXT & NS and ensure the team performance equals or exceeds the NS Shanghai KPI’s and also meets the expectations and requirements of Next -Maintain close communication with Next buying and merchandise teams to ensure they are updated in an appropriate and timely manner with accurate information and always promoting the service and business of NS Shanghai -Manage the Next buying team trips to Shanghai to make best use of their time and maximise sales for NS -Manage and a maintain good communication with the NS Shanghai supply base to ensure performance including but not limited to NS sales margin, over contracting & under shipment, production lead time and ontime shipment equals or exceeds the company KPI’s, monitor production capacities and source new suppliers as required by the business -Assist Merchandising Manager and Product Manager in sourcing new supplier to accommodate the day to day business requirement -Work closely with the Technical team to ensure the development, production and delivery of bulk orders is successfully managed within the KPI’s of the business -Assist the Merchandising in the recruitment, training and motivation of team members -Continually monitor and manage the team overhead and investigate solutions for the cost reductions and improved performance to support the business growth -Perform duties as required by the company and according to company policy, to support the growth and prosperity of the business, and according to the company needs.
