职位描述
为了实现我们的价值投资目标，艾想的“Lab-II”团队正在构建不同多方合作项目，旨在为参
与者带来具有战略价值的共同提升机会。 项目经理的工作范围也将包含内部和外部的举措，
工作的主要目标在于帮助我们更好地传达和传播艾想的品牌理念、项目成果。你将参与 & 策
划 Lab-II 的顾问服务项目、品牌活动策划执行、以及品牌塑造 & 营销性质的工作。
岗位职责

项目执行与开发：参与创新项目的策划设定、执行和管理
-
市场营销战略制定：与 VP 共同设计整体品牌推广战略，制定半年/年度的输出战略以
及执行策划。如有需要，寻找和管理外部合作方

内容策划 & 执行管理：与投资部和 Lab-II 项目同事紧密合作制定、策划、编写并管理
公司的对外文案，输出具洞察力且高质量的内容

活动管理：作为艾想活动的中央“枢纽”组织管理公司活动，其中可能包括 48 小时创
业训练营、专题沙龙、项目路演等
任职资格
本职位的理想人选需具备较强的沟通能力。 此人还需要：

能力和成功经验，或者是涉及内容创建与编辑的项目管理经验。优先考虑有投资媒体

Ideate Investments – Communications & BD Manager
The big picture
To fulfill our value investment objectives, Ideate’s “Lab-II” team is building multi-stakeholder projects
which aim to bring about strategic value-boosting opportunities for all collaborators. This includes
internal and external initiatives that help us to better communicate what we’re trying to accomplish
and why, the process/results of these projects, and what it all means for Ideate and our wider
ecosystem. Scope of projects include strategic services, innovative events & communications, and
more.
Accountabilities

Project execution & development: participate in project scope setting, responsible for high-
quality execution
-
Communications strategy & execution: Co-create 6-12 month communications strategies, plan
aligned projects with VP. Run regular retrospectives to identify best-performing initiatives, and
iterating on strategy as needed. Identify and manage external collaborators when needed
-
Events execution & management: Co-produce and manage any Ideate events, which could
include 48-hour learning bootcamps, annual ‘collaborators’ day, speaker panels, startup
roadshows and others. Duties would be spread amongst our internal team and other external
collaborators, but you would be the active central ‘hub’
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role must have strong communication skills in Mandarin Chinese; those
with the same in English will be preferred. This individual will also:

Be able to work independently, with a keen ability to ‘frame’ problems & contribute fit-for-
purpose ideas/solutions

Be flexible & adaptable to a quickly-evolving company, business & technological environment

Be organized and detail-oriented

Have a creative & open mind, with an eye for design

Have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful long-term relationships

Hold a bachelor degree or above post-secondary education

Have 2+ years of working experience in content marketing or project management capacity,
with proven capability in managing and producing digital content (copywriting and editing)

Individuals with experience or relationships in media will have an advantage in this role
Although some experience interacting in China’s VC/PE environment would be ideal, we welcome
