Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Purchaser/Export part: - Process orders and negotiate the lead-time with the suppliers when necessary - Inspection : Work closely with the Quality Dept. of our clients and Chinese suppliers, make sure products and packaging are according to European Clients’ requirements and standards. - Daily orders follow up :monitor supplier’s production and shipments. - Develop and analysis suppliers in China or even Southeast Asia. - Samples Management: checking, sending and keeping them - Prepare report for weekly shipping/inspection schedule. 2. Sales/Import part: -Follow up importer’s order from order placing (price/delivery time/payment term) to shipping documents (documents correction and other statement for CIQ) and even after-sales service (complaint from importer). -Cooperate with importer and associate with oversea brand company for marketing material and event. -Business trip with brand company twice a year for Chinese market investigation and meeting with key distributor in China.
Required: - Fluent in English (speaking + writing) and Mandarin, basic knowledge in Spanish will be a plus! - Knowledge of international trade, computer skills -MS Office, Internet, emails... - Minimum of two years’ work experience in Buying/ Import & Export operations . - Strong sense of organization and detail-oriented - Flexible and open to changes - Good communication skill that will allow communicating efficiently with European clients but also with Chinese suppliers and service providers.
