1. Assist Marketing Director to lead the online and digital marketing strategy and execution. 2. Manage the development and delivery of digital and online marketing plans in line with over-arching brand strategy. 3. Social media strategy and implementation · Brand owned social media account strategic planning, content creation, daily management to engage with followers and new recruits · Social KOL study to design the KOL pool align with brand purpose. Identify and establish great relationships with KOLs to leverage their presence during offline events · Work with photographers, stylists, designers to create and produce social assets such as photos, videos, creative infographics, H5, and other creative formats · Support the execution of marketing seasonal campaigns including partnership projects through social platforms. · Ensure consistency of brand messages across multiple networks 4. Digital campaign plan and implementation · Based on marketing and communications and products release calendar, plan and manage digital campaign to support the launch of new collections, store openings, Paris fashion shows and VIP events etc. · Identify clear KPIs for digital campaigns, social plaforms and other digital practice
5. Work closely with the EC and CRM team. Develop online strategy for customer acquisition and retention for E-Commerce site across the following channels: SEO, SEM, PPC, Affiliates, EDM/CRM and Display /Traffic Partners (nationally and internationally) and pay attention on the conversion rate and ROI. 6. Ensure online plans are integrated with offline trade-marketing activities and work with the offline team to drive sales through a Multi-Channel strategy. 7. Develop the international third party E-Commerce platforms to achieve the online collaborations. 8. Work with local digital agencies and agree relevant spend, objectives, measurement and review performance. 9. To summarize the job performance and post analysis. Qualifications: · 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing & media area and full scale of work capability in traditional media and digital marketing preferable with fashion background · Proactive, organized and detail-minded · A good team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills · Good Microsoft word/ excel/power point skills · Positive thinking, proactive and open-minded. · Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes
