JOB DESCRIPTIONS: - Provide secretarial support services to the department. - Schedule department weekly meeting and take meeting notes; - Establish and maintain files and records including transaction database, property list; - Handle telephone calls and take messages; - Make reservations and travel arrangements; - Orders necessary office supplies. - Car booking and arrangement - Provide necessary support required by department head REQUIREMENTS: - University degree holder, majoring in Graphic Design or English is preferable - Self-motivator, responsible, attentive to detail.
