Tasks: 任务 Preparation of project drawings, flowcharts, preliminary calculations and technical specifications for offers of the machine groups and equipment including spare parts, in cooperation with the sales representative (visit log, equipment checklist) taking into account the suggestions or specifications of the weekly sales meeting. 编制项目图纸、流程图、初步选型及确定瑞士总部或兄弟公司设备经理给出的技术规范, 负责与销售代表合作客户拜访及记录拜访记录、设备报价清单,参与销售列会并参与讨论 和给出建议。 Discover, discuss and record the project cornerstones and details with the customer, in collaboration with the field sales engineer. 与客户和现场销售工程师合作一起发现、讨论并记录项目的基础背景和细节要求。 Obtaining offers for purchased parts, equipment and services in cooperation with the purchasing department. 与采购部门合作,获取采购备件、设备和服务的报价。 Continuous documentation collection, completion and distribution of typical applications of GERICKE machines and project drawings. 持续收集、完成和发布GERICKE机器的典型应用程序和项目案列应用介绍 Optimal use of CAD and PC for project drawings, flowcharts, preliminary calculations and technical specifications. 熟练运用CAD和PC设计项目图纸、流程图、初步选型和定义技术产品规格。 Establishing and editing of the quotation 建立和修改报价; Visit of customers for project discussion and technical clarifications. 拜访客户,做项目讨论和技术说明。 Administer prospectuses, sales documentation and offers from third-party suppliers and keeping a file for the record. 管理来自第三方供应商的招标说明书、销售文档和报价,并存档。 Visiting specialized exhibitions, seminars and courses in consultation with the supervisors. 与主管协商,参观专业展览、专题研讨会和课程。 Contribution to knowledge management. 知识经验介绍推广; Participation at sales meeting 参与销售会议。
Qualification Required: 资格要求: College or University,25-40 years old,majored in mechanic or profession related to powder handling including dosing, mixing, pneumatic conveying and raw material handling 大学或大专以上;25-40岁;机械专业或相关粉体处理的经验,包括定量喂料、混合、气力输送 及原料处理; Familiar with application for food, chemical and pharmaceutical etc. Commercial experiences are an additional advantage; 熟悉食品、化工及制药行业应用;有商务沟通经验优先考虑; Knowledge and experience to use a CAD-system (AutoCAD, DWG-files) 必须熟练使用CAD 软件 (AutoCAD, DWG-files, Inventor); Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Word、Excel、PowerPoint Languages: Chinese and English are a must 优秀的英文听说写能力。 General remarks / attitude: Loyalty, Long term focus, Open minded, positive thinking, flexible, team-oriented, communicative person, entrepreneurial spirit, self- motivated, independent, good character 需要具备:诚信度、稳定性,积极的工作态度,团队合作精神,良好的人际沟通能力,独立 性强等;
