RESPONSIBILITY工作职责: 1. Be responsible for basic HR procedures, including recruitment, dismiss, social security benefits, housing fund, etc. 负责人力资源管理的基本程序,包括招工、退工、社会保险福利、住房公积金等。 2. Calculate and analysis the employee’s clock in & out data each month. Update staff leave record promptly. 每月收集各部出勤数据,完成员工考勤数据统计。及时更新员工请假记录表。 3. Calculate and produce staff overtime report each month. 每月收集各部门加班单,完成加班汇总表。 4. Calculate and check the employee’s incentive payment monthly. 每月完成本地员工上月绩效统计,完成外籍员工上月绩效统计。 5. Prepare staff meal allowance application each month. 每月完成员工饭贴制作。 6. Prepare staff social security insurance and housing fund payment application each month. 每月完成社保、公积金缴费申请。 7. Be responsible for staff income taxation reporting, and printing of tax report on a regular basis. 协助上级完成员工个人所得税录入申报,定期打印税单。 8. Be responsible for the application of employee’s professional licenses. 负责申请员工的职业资质证书。 9. Be responsible for the application of expatriate employee’s work and resident permit. 负责申请外国人的就业证和居留许可。 10. Set up and sorting employee’s personal files. 建立并维护员工的个人档案。 11. Prepare staff performance evaluation form 2 months in advance according to staff contract memo. 根据员工合同汇总表提前2个月准备员工工作评估表。 12. Calculate support service related data monthly, including telecom, drinking water, newspaper, courier service, etc. 计算每月后勤服务的有关数据,包括:电信、饮用水、报纸、快递单服务等。 13. Apply and hand out the stationary monthly. 每月申请并发放文具。 14. Be responsible for other HR or Admin field activities. 完成其他人事及行政部门外勤事务。
QUALIFICATIONS任职要求: College degree in Human Resource or Business Administration A minimum of one years relevant experience in a similar position Excellent communication skills and fluent in English ( CET6) Strong sense of strategic planning, and with excellent analytical skills Experience in healthcare will be an advantage
