Job responsibilities Qualification handling: assist the project manager in work, including mobilization formalities, construction application, progress report, etc.
Communication and coordination: follow up the progress of the project, coordinate with government departments, property management, customers and third parties during the construction of the project, maintain good relations with relevant parties, coordinate and solve various problems in the project.
Business mail: draft and reply business letters, deal with daily work. Data management: follow up the progress of the project, input, sort and file the project data.
Other things: other work arranged by the leader.
Job requirements Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture/English, etc. Skill requirements: skilled use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD and other software; English CET-4 or above, English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
Experience requirements: More than 2 years of experience in chain store decoration , with some knowledge of interior decoration, understanding of interior decoration process, project management experience is preferred.
Professional quality: good organization and coordination ability and on-site experience, good ability to solve practical problems and emergencies, proactive work, able to work under pressure; good team spirit, good communication skills and service awareness.
