Expand sales performance - Be responsible for business bidding, signing, and complete sales; - Collect various relevant market sales information, timely feedback of customer information -requests, and propose effective market operations and sales recommendations; - Keep informed of the development trends in the software sector, and propose rational suggestions to promote the improvement of the sales department;
Leadership functions - Build your strategy to reach the sales team target - Create and develop your sales team - Coach, support and motivate your team - Define your team KPIs - Manage regular sales review - Report to the GM
Requirements: College degree or above,major in any technical related discipline More than 5 years of sales experience in any technical field More than 2 years of sales team management Experience in Software Sales, or consulting service; Management software sales or system integration project operation experience is preferred Familiar with government procurement process is preferred Able to capitalize on various business leads and lead successful negotiations, independently develop customers and complete sales Chinese native speaker with good English Passion for sales, proactive spirit, good teamwork ability, learning ability, constantly improve skills, and able to work in a multicultural team
