1. 监督航线本地的日常操作,确保顺利有效开展; Monitoring daily local operation of FAK team, ensure local operation goes smoothly and efficiently; 2. 监督各客服的配箱,必要时给予指导,使配箱最优化; Monitoring the CSR to arrange the best loading, guide them to achieve the best utilization when needed; 3. 必要时协调仓库,船公司(庄家),报关行,协助客服解决装箱,舱位,设备,报关查验等的问题, 确保顺利出运; Co-ordinating with CFS, carriers (or master loads) and customs broker to help CSR to resolve problems of loading, space, equipment, customs clearance and inspection etc... when needed, ensure smooth handling and container exported; 4. 监督并指导客服与海外代理对日常操作的沟通和问题处理的邮件; Monitoring and guide CSR to communicate or resolve daily operational issues with overseas; 5. 每月规定时间内完成考评; Monthly scoring for each member before deadline; 6. 完成上级和公司交办的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by supervisor and company.
岗位要求: 1. 大专以上学历; College degree or above; 2. 物流、货代或其他相关专业; Major in logistics, forwarding or other related; 3. 3年以上航线操作经验; At least 3 years trade lane operation experience; 4. 3年以上管理经验; At least 3 years management experience; 5. CET-4,英文听说读写能力较强。 CET-4, good command in English.
