1. Cost Management -take responsibility for cost reduction and contract negotiation; -verify quotation timely and keep effective communication with internal customers; -pay close attention to raw material price fluctuate in market and draw up price strategic in time; -align with strategic supplier to achieve the aggressive target of total cost reduction; 2. Sourcing Development -find qualifed suppliers with competitive prices who will have consistent deliveries, high quality levels and continual cost reductions; -responsible for supplier selection and new supplier development process; 3. Supply Chain Management - work with technical, SQE, production and purchasing team to solve daily issues in supply process; - regularly review supplier performance and manage business relationship with suppliers; - drive for supply chain optimization such as VMI, Kanban and continuity of supply good material; 4. Project Management - take the leader with basic PM skills, in the projects of cost reduction, NPI, product transfer, supplier change, localization, and quality continuous improvement; - coordinate with related department and supplier to ensure project schedule; - work in the cross-function team as a power team player; 5. Order tracking - release order to supplier according request from ERP tracking;
Requirements- - college degree or above, major in mechanical or related; - at least 5 years engineering background and 3 years working experiences in manufacturing industry; - good in communication both Chinese and English; - Integrity, self-motivated, energized, good communication and cooperation skill;
