工作职责：
Job Responsibility:
1. 与业务配合，落实出货计划
Work closely with sales department to execute the delivery plan.
2. 独立完成装箱明细整理、合理排柜、货代询价、订舱做箱、报关制单等完整出货流程
Independently takes care of the whole delivery procedure, including but not limited to packing lists consolidation, container layout plan, shipping fee enquiry, booking, Customs declaration.
3. 及时完成全套清关单据的制作
Timely and accurately generate full sets of Customs clearance documents.
4. 负责账单核对、发送开票通知、收票归档，配合财务退税工作，并按时结清应付账款
Keep track of account payables and receivables, send out invoicing notice to supplier and file invoices.
5. 实时更新发运进度表，清晰记录每票发运明细
Keep clear data entry of each and every shipment.

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上
College Education and above
2. 英语四级以上，书面读写无障碍
Good written English
3. 熟悉外贸单证及进出口操作流程，两年以上相关工作经验优先
Solid knowledge of international trade procedure, 2 years relevant experience preferred
4. 熟练运用Excel表格
Proficient in EXCEL
5. 细致严谨、条理清晰、责任心强、善于沟通
Exceptional attention to detail with strong work ethics and communication skills
