I. Tasks/activities:
-Independent order processing of all incoming orders for certain regions including deadline monitoring, co-ordination with the material planning department and production, and ensuring flawless dispatch routes to the customer in co-operation with the shipping department.
-Customer-oriented clarification of disruptions within the order processing, in particular regard-ing any changes of dates and quantities or queries regarding dates, return deliveries and transport damages.
-Checking of incoming payments in co-operation with the sales representatives, project co-ordinators and accounting department.
-Customer service by telephone in co-ordination with the sales representatives, project co-ordinators and sales management.
-Informing the sales management and respective sales person of any problems with the cus-tomer which may become apparent.
-Forwarding of customer complaints to the sales department, with the exception of transport damages.
-Use of SAP, in particular for order processing.
II. Knowledge/skills required:
1. More than 3 years working experience in customer service
2. Good command of all relevant business processes
3. Good English skills
4. Good command of SAP
5. Experience in the supply chain management is preferred
6. Customer-friendly manner at all times
7. Communication skills, power to convince
