1. Prepare contract with customers, keep high degree of customer focus in daily operation to ensure timely order maintenance and goods delivery. Arrange the in-land delivery to the customers. 2. Follow up AR with financial team. Monthly review of delivery cost with logistic staff. 3. Provide and follow up accuracy of commercial documents (contract, package list, invoice, MSDS, CoA, etc.). Manage the document filing and support audit activity. 4. Effectively handle customer inquiry and complaints, and give feedback in a timely manner. 5. Strictly adhere to international trade compliance rules and follow designed business processes. Contribute and drive for continuous process improvement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS - Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trading or relative majors - Experiences: At least 2 years customer service experience in chemical manufacturing/distribution/trading company. Know-how/skills: - Understand order fulfillment process - Good knowledge on shipping logistics, commercial document, international trade practice and customs policy, etc. - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Effective communication in oral & written English
