岗位职责：
1.负责系统、模拟电路架构和模块规格定义；
2.模拟电路实现和芯片级电路集成；
3.与版图团队沟通芯片版图及宏观版图质量及版图后仿真验证；
4.子系统/全芯片建模和快速spice仿真验证；

任职要求：
1.3年以上模拟/混合信号IC产品设计经验。闪存相关的优先；
2.熟悉模拟电路及系统、器件物理、器件可靠性、半导体工艺 ；
3..掌握EDA设计环境，Python/TCL/Perl编码语言优先；
4.优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

Job responsibility：
1. Be responsible for system, analog circuit architecture and block spec definition;
2.Analog circuit implementation and chip-level circuit integration;
3. Communicate with layout team for chip floorplan and the quality of macro layout and post-layout simulation verification;
4. Sub-system/full-chip modeling and fast spice simulation verification;

Job Description:
1. Solid knowledge of analog circuitry and system, device physics,device reliability, semiconductor process;
2. Mastered EDA design enviroment, Coding language of Python/TCL/Perl is perfered;
3. Excellent communication skills and team work spirit;
