1. Familiar with analog circuit design, including feedback theory device mismatch, noise and nonlinearity issues. Experience in the following basic analog circuits: opamps, comparators, bandgap references, voltage regulators。 2. Experience with one or more analog IPs: Delta Sigma ADC, Current Steeling or Delta Sigma DAC, temperature sensors, power amplifiers PLL, Clock and Data Recovery, Transmitters and Receivers. 3. Independent research ability. Able to conduct literature search research and complete design under limited guidance. 4. Candidates with experience in well-known modeling systems are preferred. 5. Experience in digital signal processing and digital filters is preferred. 6. Priority will be given to those with experience in signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/EMI, and ESD testing. 7. Priority given to those with BMS AFE design experience. 8. Good English oral communication skills.
