职位描述
销售总监/销售经理岗位职责:
Job Description
1、 独立负责开发新客户,深度了解客户业务需求,完成销售业绩目标;
Independently responsible for the Responsible for developing new customers, indepth understanding of customer business needs, and achieving sales performance goals;
2、 独立负责开发现有客户或原有客户的新项目;
Independently responsible for developing new projects for existing customers or original customers;
3、 维护好现有客户、原有客户及潜在客户的客户关系;
Maintain good relationship between existing customers, original customers and potential customers;
4、 独立负责标准设备的销售方案、报价单、报价方案、竞标文件、销售合同等相关事项撰写及准备;和工程部合作(国内和德国总部),在获得国外技术支持的条件下完成销售方案、报价单、报价方案、竞标文件、销售合同等相关事项撰写及准备工作;
Independently responsible for writing and preparation of standard equipment sales plan, quotation, quotation plan, bidding document, sales contract and other related matters; cooperate with the engineering department (domestic and German headquarters) to complete the sales plan under the condition of obtaining foreign technical support , quotation, quotation plan, bidding documents, sales contract and other related matters writing and preparation work;
5、 深入到项目团队中,帮助项目团队更好理解客户需求,同时向客户答疑解惑;

6、 负责宫廷式CRM系统的搭建,并不定时按照公司要求参加公司销售会议、月度销售报告、季度销售小结和年度销售报告;
Responsible for establishing CRM system, and participate in company sales meetings, provide monthly sales reports, quarterly sales summaries and annual sales reports from time to time as required by the company;
7、 落实销售后的回款和质保金的回收;并妥善处理客户争议等后续事项;
Carry out the recovery of payment after sales and the recovery of warranty funds; and properly handle customer disputes and other follow-up matters;
8、 完成公司交待的其他任务、如协助市场开发、会展和大项目团队作战等。

岗位要求:

1、 本科及本科以上学历,机械设计制造及其自动化、工业自动化等理工科相关专业毕业,重点院校背景优先考虑;
Bachelor degree or above, graduated from science and engineering such as mechanical design and manufacturing and industrial automation, famous college background is preferred;
2、3年以上销售、市场相关工作经验,有振动输送、筛分、流化床、输送系统、散料处理等相关设备销售经验者优秀考虑;
More than 3 years of sales and marketing related work experience, those who have a good sales experience in vibration conveying, screening, fluidized bed, conveying system, bulk material handling and other related equipment;
3、 对中国及周边市场的冶金、建材、玻璃、化工、制药、食品饲料、能源行业发展有很好的认知和敏锐的商业头脑;
Have a good understanding and keen business acumen for the development of metallurgy, building material, glass, chemical, pharmaceutical, food & animal feed, new engergy industries;
4、 沟通表达优秀,语言组织能力优秀,善于灵活应变;
Excellent communication and expression, excellent language organization skills, and good at being flexible;
5、德才兼备,认同企业价值观、遵守公司的各项规章制度,遵纪守法;
Have both ability and personality, agree with corporate values, abide by the company's various rules and regulations as well as the law;

市场经理/市场主管岗位职责:

1、 根据公司市场发展目标及战略,组织制定各阶段的市场推广策略,参与公司重大业务决策的制定与执行;
