To support and facilitate plant expansion and removal in term of plant design, construction, facility and EHS management. Is a role in bridging of Plant, 3rd party design house and construction company.


Responsibility：
1. Support Senior CI Manager to implement overall project management strategy and objective;
2. Monitor project process and system to ensure the timely and qualified task delivery;
3. Identify appropriate resources needed, controlling budget; scheduling and ensuring project deliverable on time and in budget;
4. Work closely with Plant Manager to Identify manufacturing synergies for optimizing layout with cost effectiveness;
5. Act as a key role of technical advisor throughout project period to solve complicated issues;
6. Serve as the key contact to facilitate in term of project planning, scheduling, constructing status, installation, permit availability, acceptance Inspection and field commence;
7. Accomplish other related tasks assigned in the framework by supervisors;
Career path: in charge and implement all the NPI project as a Global Project Manager role after the plant expansion finished.


Experiences/skill：
1. More than 5 years project experiences in manufacturing industry;
2. Good successful story and hand-on experiences in building and removal manufacturing plant from green field to build-to-suit (BTS);
3. Solid experience in modern plant layout design with high automation equipped;
4. Knowledge in technical application in term of line design, manufacturing plan, layout design, advance manufacturing deployment;
5. Familiar with EHSF disciplines rules and regulation; GB /FM fire code as well as facility engineering;
6. Strong communication skill, good team player and with analytical mind;
7. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, attentive to details and with result oriented;
8. Pragmatic thinking and idea generation ability.


Qualification：
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines;
2. Received formal Project management training;
3. Proficient in English and good presentation skill and familiar with PPT application is essential.
