1. 作为Shipco进口业务部门的关键成员,协助销售团队推广Shipco进口航线和服务,包括进口海运拼箱、空运包板集拼、欧亚铁路拼箱、危险品拼箱、整箱和综合国际物流解决方案等业务;
Be a vital part of Shipco Import Commercial Team, assists outside sales force to promote Shipco’s import products line, including Sea LCL consolidation, Air consolidation, Eurasian Rail consolidation, Hazardous LCL consolidation, FCL services and integrated international logistics solutions, etc.;
2. 协助销售团队制作销售方案及报价,协同本地及海外客服团队,根据客户需求建立定制化的进口服务流程;
Assist sales team members to make quotations/sales proposals, establish and streamline end-to-end SOPs for key customers/business with local/oversea customer service and operation teams;
3. 维护进口航线报价数据及相关报表,确保在Shipco在线系统及本地数据支持下,询价反馈速度保持在最快水平并且客户咨询可以在24小时内得到回复;
Maintain an up to date import price system for all trade lanes, backed by Shipco online and local pricing system, ensure the quickest level of response to all customers’ import inquiries & requests and our service commitment “reply within 24 hours” is well delivered;
4. 协助销售经理制作进口航线及服务的市场宣传材料,包括公司介绍演示文档,印刷宣传材料,电子邮件广告,微信公众号推广材料,等;
Assist sales manager to develop local marketing materials for import tradelane products or lane promotion campaigns, including PowerPoint company presentation, Print flyers, E-Flyers via Email or Wechat official account promotions;
5. 协助销售经理准备定期销售和业务分析报表,包括货量、毛利及其增长,业绩预期,销售人员个人业绩,航线发展回顾及预期,等;负责销售人员利润报表的计算和统计;
Assist sales manager to prepare sales/business reviews/reports/analysis (including, Volume/GP/YoY Growth/forecasts/sales individual development, etc.) on monthly basis. Manage the calculation of P&L report for sales team member;
6. 协助销售经理维护销售数据,包括客户资源管理,销售会议记录,销售报告,销售拜访记录,销售线索管理等;
Assist sales manager to maintain sales data, including customer resource/sales pipeline, meeting minutes, sales reports/logs, sales Leads, etc.;
7. 协助销售经理监控销售团队应收账款情况,确保应收账款的及时回收,公司相关财务制度得到严格执行;
Assist sales manager to monitor AR of sales team’s nomination business, ensure collection of freight timely and in compliance with company credit policy;
8. 完成上级和公司交办的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor and company.
岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上,或同等学历,4年以上国际物流行业进口操作、客服或相关经验;
College degree or equivalent. Minimum 4 years’ import customer service or operation experiences in international logistics, freight forwarding industry;
2. 责任心强,积极进取,良好的沟通和人际关系技巧;
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good communication & interpersonal skills;
3. 流利的英语口语和书写能力,大学英语六级以上或相当能力;
Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin, CET-6 or equivalent;
4. 熟练使用MS Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件。
Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
