1、Lead and complete the company-level assessment indicators and action plans of the sales department;
2、Responsible for implementing the company's sales-related policies and system;
3、Develop and continuously improve the operation process and management system of sales personnel;
4、Responsible for the daily management of the sales department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department employees;
5、Instruct relevant personnel to make, consolidate and analyze statistics and sales reports to provide decision-making basis for sales business planning;
6、Assist to communicate with relevant departments within the company to handle customer complaints;
7、Supervise and guide sales staff to complete the online and offline comprehensive management of customer order conversion, order products from prototype to batch shipment, and payment collection as well as coordinate the company's internal resources to ensure the smooth execution of various orders.
Requirements:
1、Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or marketing, English CET-6 or above;
2、More than five years of management experience in foreign trade documentary related fields, working experience in medium and large foreign companies is preferred;
3、Familiar with foreign trade export operation process, background in packaging and printing or toy industry is preferred;
4、Possess strong management and leadership skills, customer communication skills, internal communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure, understand business negotiations, have affinity and teamwork spirit;
5、Experience in foreign trade sales in Europe and America is preferred.
