LOGISTICS: 1. Be responsible for the planning of the production and the trading taking into account the needs of the customers and the stock level. Be aware of the transport time and plan security stocks accordingly. 2. Control the maximum stock level to optimize the cash flow. Be responsible for the supply chain of all materials connected to the products of the company. 3. Organize the regular meetings with the Production to set up the production planning. Manage the supplying, the subcontracting, tools, for production in order to stick on the production and deliveries plan. 4. Manage the order, delivery, transportation and warehouse.
PURCHASING: 5. Apply the GROUP purchasing policy in shanghai plant. 6. Ensure a global good performance level of suppliers (cost, logistics, quality and risks). 7. Negotiate purchase orders and/or contracts in line with our corporate recommendations (prices, payment terms, quality commitment, lead time…)
MANAGEMENT: 8. Set up and follow the supply chain indicators and take immediate actions in case of deviation. 9. Set up the necessary procedures and working instructions to full fill above mentioned tasks within the frame of the actual quality rules. 10. Manage and train the team, be a exemplar manager, set goals and communicate the methods, improve the team morale and efficiency.
任职要求: Requirements: 1. Master degree in mechanical engineering or economics or equivalent. 2. 5+ years supply chain management experience in Automotive industry. 3. Professional training in Supply Chain. 4. Fluent English skills, leadership skills, and good computer Skills (MS Office and ERP)
