The position is responsible for managing customer orders to make sure order to cash on timely, accurately and efficiently, bridge a trustable relationship with SCM and commercial team, and aligned with business strategy and goal of providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility Scope ? The Customer Service Officer is responsible for accountable for GC South/TW OTC order to cash management. He or she is primarily responsible for timely and accurately processing and committing the customer’s response on the orders, complaints and feedback to customer inquiries. Principal Accountability ? Ensure timely supply from all sites to all customers for which is responsible. ? Deal with customer inquiries regarding delivery, complaints, production and inventory. ? Coordinate with customer, commercial and financial on customer setup, AR collection, credit application, etc. ? Make monthly communications with major customers in Great China area to collect customer forecast, communicate closely with AM and demand planning for forecast accuracy. ? Keep track on new project sampling closely with AM and R&T to ensure the supply at project ramp up stage. ? Make proposals to improve our customer service based on the understanding of OTC procedure, SCM strategy as well as the customer needs. ? Using both Envalior and customer E-portal for data or reporting filing. ? Visit to key account customers in Greater China area to understand their demand and requirements. ? Ensure job is implemented in compliance with company policy and proxy. ? Other job assigned by Line manager.
Requirements: ? At least 4 years working experience, prefer the industry from chemical or electronics or electrical. ? Good communication skill and problem -solving abilities, self-motivated. ? Multinational company working experience in electronics, automotive or chemical industry preferred. ? University graduated, diploma or above. ? Equivalent education in supply chain, logistics, business management or related fields. ? Fluent in both spoken and written English. ? Understanding of international trade principles and possibilities, inclusive of INCOTERMS 2010/2020. ? ERP system, SAP preferred.
