岗位职责:
1. 协助业务部门及时处理客户报价。
2. 严格按照巴鲁夫SOP标准进行客户合同审核及归档,并按照SAP标准流程创建销售订单。
3. 高效管理订单、紧密跟踪货期,及时向销售或客户反馈,并主动进行跨部门协调确保订单及时交付, 提高客户满意度。
4. 积极与销售或客户协调跟进付款事项,并及时将AR核销信息提供给财务部门。
5. 及时提供库存、款项、物流发货、发票查询服务。
6. 处理客户样品需求、寄售需求、退货换货维修等服务请求、跟踪进度、与其他部门协调。
7. 整理标准化的周报、月度、季度、年度销售数据并汇报给上级主管和对应销售团队。
8. 全力配合销售团队与行业团队,为其提供全面的内勤支持。
9. 上级主管分派的其他工作。
任职要求:
1. 大专以上学历
2. 2-3年直销渠道的贸易公司的订单管理、客户支持相关工作经验
3. 熟练运用SAP,尤其是SD模块
4. 熟练使用各类办公软件 ,如:Excel, Word, PowerPoint。
5. 快速学习,责任心强,有良好的沟通和问题解决能力,具有团队精神。
6. 英语四级以上,良好的英文读、写能力。
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
1. Creat the quotation to sales or customer timely .
2. Follow Balluff contract SOP to check and archive the customer`s contract ,and create the SAP order .
3. Manage the sales order efficiently and follow the delivery date closely,and give the feedback to sales or the customer ,coordinate with other dept. for the on-time delivery ,improve the customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with sales or customer for the payment actively and provide the payment cleaning information to finance dept. timely .
5. Assist sales or the customer to check stock ,payment,shipping status ,invoice.
6. Process sample orders ,consignment order, returns and other customer`s service requestment , track progress and assort with other departments
7. Make monthly, quarterly and yearly business data and reporting, report to the supervisor and sales teams.
- Provide fully internal support to Sales Team and Divison Team.
9. The other task assigned by supervisor
Profile of Candidate
College degree or above.
2-3 years order management ,customer support experience in direct channel in commercial company
Proficient in SAP ,especially for SD model
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint or other related software
Quick learner , sense of responsibility. good communication and problem-solving skills ,team-work spirit
CET 4 or above, be good at reading and written English.
