The position requires demonstrated results in the following key areas: Knowledge Sharing: ? Following guidance to establish a knowledge base for sharing of policies and procedures ? Assist to facilitate best practice implementation through effective knowledge transfer
Communication: ? Maintain responsibility for periodic publication of white papers and best practices
Coaching: ? Assist to foster an environment of continuous learning in industry best practices through research, training sessions, and seminars ? Aid in creation & management of NM Community through problem solving and sharing of work execution experiences
Required and Desired Skills Engineering / Science Degrees Required (not mandatory if candidate shows strong willing of learning and corresponding learning capability: ? Minimum of four years of demonstrated performance in R&D / Operation and Quality Engineering. (Less relevant working experience need solid explanation). ? Knowledge of Lean, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gage R&R, and DOE ? Knowledge of process validation, and problem solving tools ? Strong knowledge and experience in testing, performance measurement and process management ? Demonstrated result-driven and research skills ? Ability to communicate effectively
