Procurement manager plays important role in company daily operations, who provides best clinical supplies through sourcing, supplier assessment, purchasing etc. based on customer/business requirements. Meantime, this role is also responsible for strategic procurement of company.
主要工作职责 Main responsibilities:
- 负责根据客户需求进行国内外产品寻源的工作; Be responsible for sourcing based on customer requirements, including local and overseas sourcing - 采购品类覆盖对照药、医疗设备与器械、医用耗材、医用周边设备与辅材; Procurement categories cover drug, medical devices, medical consumables, medical peripheral equipment and auxiliar materials - 确保采购物品符合相关的法规要求,并具有成本优势; Ensure sourcing items complying with applicable regulatory requirements with cost advantages - 公司所需各类服务的采购; Sourcing of various types of services required by company - 相关供应商的绩效管理与成本控制、优化; Be responsible for suppliers’ performance, cost control and optimization; - 其他支持公司营运的工作 Be involved in tasks supporting company operation.
岗位要求 Job Requirement:
- 本科以上学历,医药、生物、工程等专业优先考虑; Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medicine/biology/engineering is preferred - 5年以上医药、医疗器械领域一线采购经验,熟悉GMP/GSP等质量管理规范 More than 5 years procurement experiences in pharmaceutical, medical devices, be familiar with GMP/GSP quality management practices - 熟悉药品、医疗器械供应渠道,具有寻源能力 Be familiar with medicines, medical devices supply channel, have the capability to source - 具有开发海外供应商的能力 Be capable to develop overseas suppliers - 拥有良好的协调能力,领导力,团队合作能力和抗压能力 Have good coordination skills, leadership, teamwork ability, and stress resistance - 英语流利,可以用英语工作,具有国际公司工作经验者优先 Fluent in English writing, global company experience is preferred - 具有临床试验相关工作经验者优先 Relevant clinical trial work experience is preferred. - 接受异地或远程办公,接受全职或兼职 Accept working remotely, Accept working full time or part time.
