30% local program and 70% offshore programs purchasing support. ？ Support commodity to building suppliers panel: attribute status to suppliers, reduce number of suppliers if needed, define suppliers we want to grow as partners, manage supplier selection according to Group criteria ？ Ensure effective panel management : ensure a regular follow-up of the suppliers’ performances with all users and divisions. ？ Negotiate and implement general agreements with the main suppliers of each commodity ？ This senior buyer will do coordination & insure appropriate answers from suppliers to all ？ request and needs for overseas Divisions and plants
职位要求： The ideal candidate will have/be: ？ Ideally university with major degree in Engineering ？ Full fluency in written and oral English ？ Purchasing or Industrial experience in tools, equipment’s (preferably in injections, welding, slush, foaming… areas) ？ Minimum 5 years experience as a Buyer in an industrial environment ？ Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills generally ？ Ability to work in a matrixed organization in an International Group ？ International mind set, overseas experience a plus ？ Proven ability to evaluate, negotiate and select suppliers (especially on technical criteria) ？ Proven ability to work with engineering, industrial topics, and people ？ Proven ability to plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures ？ Capable of setting, administering contracts and of ensuring their implementation
