Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

• Product oriented rather than customer leading, following up product related activities, including R&D activities internally and customer applications externally
•   产品导向而不仅仅是客户导向，跟随相关产品线的活动，包括内部的研发活动和外部与销售配合进行客户端的应用推广"
• Responsible for directing, organizing and managing program activities
•   负责规划，组织和管理项目活动"
• Lead program team, ensure program measurable are met in terms of quality, cost and overall program timing
•   领导项目团队，确保项目满足质量、成本和整体项目时间的具体要求"
• Responsible for detail timing target for every function, and create program master timing plan
•   负责细化项目各职能团队的时间目标，并设立项目主时间计划"
• Responsible for communication with customer during program development phase 
•   在项目开发阶段，负责和客户的沟通"
• Responsible for follow up regually program status
•   负责定期跟踪项目状态"
• Responsible for risk assesment of program, and report to management team
•   负责识别项目的风险，并向管理层汇报"
• When neccesary, joint communication with supplier, for program target
•   当必要时，参与和供应商就项目目标的沟通
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor
•   完成领导安排的其他工作

任职要求：

• bachelor degree or above
• 本科以上学历
• Engineering
• 工程类专业
• IATF APQP, PPAP
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills,
• 有效沟通技能包括口头，书面和演讲技能
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment,
• 可以独自和在团队中有效工作
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities,
• 愿意灵活工作，接受优先事项的改变
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Familiar with APQP
• 熟悉APQP
• 可以处理多样任务，组织能力
• More than 5 years' program management in Automotive area
• 5年以上汽车行业项目管理经验
• Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English
• 良好英语读说写能力
• Ownership，positive，curisity，can work under pressure
• 有责任心，正能量，好学，能抗压工作
• Familiar with motor, gearbox, inverter, and powertrain preferred（one of them）
• 熟悉电机、齿轮箱、控制器、纯电动力总成（其一）优先
• Product design or process design techniques preferred
• 具备产品设计或工艺设计技术优先
