KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Retail report and analysis · Monitor daily store sales performance · Review the Weekly store sales recap and analyze sales performance from each perspective · Support retail management to locate the SWOT of each store to do targeted action plan · Regular monthly report update (product feedback, allocation feedback, VM feedback, supply order, competitor sales report, customer feedback) · Regular weekly meeting with area manager on sales performance and store operation
Retail operation support · Standardize and implement Standard Operating Procedure and Policy · Support new store opening and provide new staff induction and operation tool training · Manage staff uniform application and keep track of the transfer from warehouse to each store · Manage inventory movement across stores and warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transfers · Optimize existing reporting system through coordinating with other functions · Other ad hoc duties assigned by Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS: · Language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English · Proactive work style and forthcoming attitude · Related experience in luxury/retail industry · Strong analytical, quantitative and reporting skills · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
