Core Responsibilities: Implementation of proactive and reactive maintenance activities of the supervised IT systems to ensure ongoing operations. Implementation of quality management tasks/definition of quality standards. Ensuring IT security standards for production IT. Conception and control of implementations or adaptations of infrastructure and platform solutions (CoE roll-outs). Ongoing optimization of the responsible systems. Main responsibility for the operational implementation of at least 2 additional CoE roadmaps. Takeover of project management in technical or sub-projects. Technical leadership/coordination of external experts. Ensuring IT security standards for the office. Creation and operation of IT components in the IT infrastructure, platform and production sector (incl. operation SFA (Shop Floor Application) and data connection of production plants). Active participation/implementation in the incident, problem and change and demand process (incl. software selection). Creation of IT documentation / IT contingency plans and knowledge base articles / support of IT audits. Error analysis and resolution in 2nd level support in the responsible IT systems. Advice and support of CoEs regarding technical solutions in operational operations. Organisation and execution of functional tests. Coordination of internal and external service providers. Quality assurance of IT platforms and infrastructures. Cooperation with CoE, SSC and Regional IT as well as active IT contact for the location. Basic knowledge in all CoE areas. Participation in the development of technical IT concepts for the transfer of repetitive activities to the SSC. Compliance with predetermined processes and methods (incl. CMDB, Asset Mgmt.). Carrying out operational activities in the IT administrative environment (installation, patching, monitoring). Active participation in/implementation of the incident and change process (demand-and-delivery process). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education: University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable education. Training; Additional training/qualification: Professional experience: at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. good English language skills. basic knowledge of processes in the location (e.g. SCM, JIS).
