POSITION SPECIFICATIONS ? Drive business development activities through aggressive direct selling to prospective key accounts and channels with the objective of achieving market share, revenue and profit targets. ? Manage channel relationships to ensure the company gets the most updated project information and that good customer rapport/relationships have been built and maintained. ? Manage distributorship relationship. Provide support required to distributor sales & marketing management. ? Identify, evaluate and develop new potential business opportunities. ? Be an active member in the development of sales & marketing strategy by understanding regional opportunities。 ? Keep customers well-informed of the company’s new technology, products, service and pricing etc.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS ? College degree or above from a local reputable university. ? Minimum 3-5 years sales / commercial / business development experience with capital equipment selling. ? Should be able to demonstrate proven sales track record. ? Strong value-selling skills to promote the features and benefit of the company’s products. ? Good strategic thinking and business acumen. ? Strong communication, interpersonal skills. ? Must be aggressive, results-oriented and committed in delivering agreed business targets. Possess entrepreneurship and a strong strive for success. ? Energetic, dynamic and possess a positive and open mindset with strong problem-solving capability. ? A good team player who could work with people from different levels and functions, internally and externally. ? Highly customer-focused - Able to anticipate and take initiative in creating business needs with existing and prospective customers. ? Flexibility to travel extensively in the designated territory market. ? High proficiency with spoken and written English. ? Technical savvy – Familiar with presentation, spreadsheet and word processing software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc). ? Possess PRC driving license.
