Responsibilities: In project management: Understand the Beauty market: dynamically develop consumer knowledge and olfactive vision. Set winning development strategies to serve local and international key clients. Create and deliver fragrances matching client’s high expectations in haircare, shower, skincare and other Beauty segments. Present your work to clients. Be efficient. Lead developments with perfumers in a clear and efficient way, sharing guidelines, retro-planning, strict follow up. Build and ameliorate themes according to market research studies. Work proactively, anticipating market needs and trends. Support marketing teams on the development of promotional activities Be innovative, suggest insightful and out of the box themes. Liaise with Technical teams to ensure the quality of fragrances provided, supporting sales and clients directly. Work hand in hand with local, regional and global creation teams aiming to share knowledge. Perform tasks designated by Management in a responsive and timely manner. In management: Implement *** in class evaluation methods and protocols. Coach team members in the understanding of market preferences Increase project management efficiency. Functional Skills & Competencies Excellent knowledge in Chinese hair and body care markets High olfactive capabilities, hard-working, meticulous and detail oriented Able to work under pressure and achieve goals in specified time. Creative and with an open mind set to push olfactive boundaries. Passionate in fragrance, sensitive to Fine Fragrances and Beauty trends, eager to decode trend setter markets such as Korea & Japan Consumer testing understanding (tests results, FGD…) Leadership skills: Dynamism and creative, with good sense of organization and rigueur Management skills: capable of building a winning team, through a positive and encouraging environment. Communication skills: Fluent in English, shows conviction and persuasion.
Qualifications (education/experience) Major in Chemistry, Cosmetic & Fragrance or related discipline 10 years of experience in beauty care evaluation Worked in an international environment.
