Job Purpose
To lead the innovation and development of scientifically advanced, sustainable home care products. This role drives the R&D strategy to deliver cutting-edge formulations that enhance brand competitiveness, meet evolving consumer needs, and comply with national and global regulatory standards.

As regional R&D manager, he/she is responsible for establishing SH regional lab, and the main research directions is environmental cleaning products (such as floor/toilet/kitchen cleaning), and establish a performance database of new RMs.
作为区域研发经理,他/她将负责建立上海实验室,主要研究方向为环境清洁类产品(如地板/洁厕/厨房清洁),并建立新原材料性能数据库。

Key Responsibilities
1 Lead and implement all technical and R&D functions in SH lab, and supports his/her superior for completing administration and other works.
领导和执行上海实验室的研发职能,支持他/她的上级完成各项工作。
2 Lead end-to-end R&D projects from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met.
领导研发项目全周期(从概念到商业化),确保按时按预算达成目标。
3 Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Purchasing for seamless scale-up.
协同市场部、供应链和采购部等实现规模化生产。
4 Ensure all products meet National & Global regulations and safety standards, oversee toxicity testing, and environmental impact assessments.
确保所有产品都符合国家和国际法规和安全标准,包括毒理性测试和环境影响评估。
5 Manages team member (resource allocation, performance reviews, and professional development), and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

6 Analyze market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to guide R&D priorities.

7 Drive IP strategy (patents) to protect innovations.

8 Evaluate and partner with RM suppliers, universities, and third-party labs.
评估并管理原材料供应商,并与高校及第三方实验室合作。
9 Present technical insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
向管理层及跨部门团队提供技术见解。

Jobholder Requirements
1. University graduate or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or other similar disciplines.
化学、化学工程、材料科学或其他类似学科的大学本科或以上学历。
2. 12+ years of work experiences for a bachelor, 10+ years of work experiences for a master, in chemical related industries (home care/cleaning products).
家居清洁护理相关行业:本科 12+工作经验;硕士 10+工作经验。
3. 8+ years in a leadership role, proven success in product commercialization.
8+团队管理经验,具备成功产品商业化案例。
4. Expertise in formulation chemistry and proficiency in lab tools.
精通产品配方,熟练使用实验室设备。
5. Strong project management background and familiarity with Lean R&D;
有较强的项目管理背景,熟悉研发流程;
6. Computer skills, e-mail, Excel, Word; in particular PPT.
熟悉各种办公软件,电子邮件、Excel、Word; 熟练 PPT。
7. Capable to organize his/her works well under pressure.
良好的抗压能力。
