Purpose of the position : Work with all necessary functions to deliver the category business objectives Create ranges within the category from commercial point of view Lead and develop the team, if applicable Responsibilities & duties: 1. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, end user behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product and execute strategic category direction in line with the growth drivers and business objective. 2. Develop launch plan and drive the launch readiness including value proposition, segmentation / positioning, target pricing, awareness & advocacy strategies, channel strategy and sales enablement (in coordination with Regional Marketing and Product Management). 3. Develop and implement go to market strategy and campaigns. 4. Coordinate development of marketing assets and product training materials (in cooperation with Marketing and Clinical). 5. Show full understanding and drive the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames. 6. Build and maintain a strong relationship with cross-functional teams and with interlinked departments to provide input to the product development roadmap and to develop, test and prototype new product ideas; ensure product excellence. 7. Work with Region Marketing, Product Management and Sales Force to maintain product portfolio profitability and competitive. 8. Provide product knowledge to internal clients. Academic & Formal Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, medical, business, marketing or related majors preferred. Work Experience & Skills: Above 8 years working experience, minimum 3 years in medical device industry in product management or marketing. Personal Qualities & Behavioral Traits: 1.
